Yes – you can manage all types of orders within your ‘Orders’ panel.
Access your ‘channel’ orders (automatically synced with your online stores), create single labels using ‘Single Send’ or upload any CSV file using our simple ‘Mass Send’ to create bulk shipping labels.

Yes – all shipments come as standard with the coverage amount nominated by your chosen carrier.
You can then purchase additional ‘full cover’ insurance for loss and damage for any item with an easy click of the mouse.
This will be shown on your weekly invoice or deducted from your pre-paid balance.
Yes – for return items up to 10kg in weight or our customer service team can assist with larger shipments that require a dedicated collection from your customer.
You don’t have to – My Boost Portal does it for you using our ‘Smart Send’ feature.
Just select your desired shipping service and next time you sell that item we’ll automatically ‘Boost’ your shipping speed.
And of course, all of this can be managed, edited and toggled on or off in your ‘Products’ section.
